It must be addressed, and in essence, addressed the same way, even if it’s a “common person,” or a “Ruler,” or a “Priest,” or even the entirety of the nation of Israel. 2. The fat of the Sin-Offering for a “common person” was burned upon the Altar for a “sweet savor.” This is not said of the Offering for the Priest, for the congregation, or for the Ruler. If Christ’s death for a multitude is sweet to God, His Death for an individual sinner of the common people is especially sweet. Such is Grace!
